For this service I will be with you from engagement right until your guests and I wave you off at the end of your wedding night.
From the point of enquiry, we will have a discovery call to establish your wants and needs, as well as to cover any questions you may have for me. The next step is for me to send you a questionnaire to get to know you both, individually and as a couple, this will allow me to put together a basic proposal to bring with me for our initial face to face consultation. From there we will work together to create a day that perfectly epitomises what matters most to you as a couple, highlighting the little things that mean so much to you.
My full-service wedding planning encompasses every aspect of your wedding planning experience including:

Kathryn Scarlett Weddings provides a Full service bespoke package for destination weddings across Europe, with a key focus on Greece . I offer a range of services from intimate elopements, to wedding day focus and also pre and post wedding events.
As with my UK Full Plan weddings I will be with you from the point of enquiry, we will have a discovery call to establish your wants and needs, as well as to cover any questions you may have for me. Creative Direction & Styling

This service is ideal for those of you who have your admin, spreadsheets and all things logistical in hand but need assistance with bringing together the overall aesthetic for your day.
I offer full styling services as well as tailored bespoke services to suit my clients varying needs and wants. For each of my clients I will create a purely bespoke design concept for the day.
I will meet with you to discuss your vision and ideas. The timescale will vary depending on your creative needs. I can guide, source, and co-ordinate all design elements of your wedding dependent on requirements, including floral design, stationery, linen, crockery, décor and lighting. While planning, I am on hand whenever you want it. Creative direction and styling services can also be combined with all my planning services.

Bespoke Part Planning

This service is ideal for couples who want to work with a planner but do not have the space in their budget or a full plan. I will work in tangent with you and take some of the responsibility off your shoulders.
We will meet face to face, and discuss which elements of the planning you are comfortable doing and what elements you require assistance from me to organise. From there I will put together a proposal for those elements. Once the decisions are made you can then trust me to bring everything together, catching any overlooked details and co-ordinating the entire team of suppliers that we have booked between us. On the day you, your family, and your wedding party can relax knowing that I will be there to ensure the smooth running of the day, from the styling and set up of the venue through to ensuring that everyone is where they need to be .
Starting a minimum of 8 weeks prior to your big day, my Bespoke Part-Planning service can involve some or all of the aspects of your wedding planning listed below:

This service is designed to give you, and those who have supported and helped you with the wedding planning process, peace of mind, and take the planning stress off you for the day so that you can just be in the moment and enjoy your day.
We will start working together 4-6 weeks prior to your big day (although you can book this service sooner than this time frame) and meet face to face where I will get to know not only all your wedding plans but also you as a couple and your full vision of the day. I will produce a thorough wedding itinerary and timeline and provide all on the day coordination and support to ensure that your day runs smoothly. We will be the point of contact for your suppliers and deal with any queries or hiccups and make sure you and your guests are taken care of all day.
My Wedding Day Management service includes;

This service holds the same approach as my full-service wedding planning, I will be with you from the start to ensure your event is perfectly suited to your tastes and style.
From anniversary parties, to a birthday soiree, or even a child’s birthday party, you want your milestones to have memories to last forever. This is where I can help. With an extremely talented group of suppliers, we can bring your vision to life, and limit the stress on yourselves. We will meet and discuss your ideas and from there I will produce a concept and I will take care of the logistics and execution to allow you to take a step back and ensure you enjoy the day.
